acceptance of terms

by accessing the liquidmoon website (liquidmoon.in), placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. if you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

these terms are a binding legal agreement between you and mdt enterprises private limited, the company that operates liquidmoon ("we," "us," or "the company").

about the product

liquidmoon is a nutraceutical food product manufactured and marketed under the food safety and standards (health supplements, nutraceuticals, food for special dietary use, food for special medical purpose, functional food and novel food) regulations, 2016, as amended.

NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE. this product is not a drug. it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. it is a dietary supplement designed to support normal physiological function.

statements about ingredients, benefits, and physiological mechanisms are based on published scientific literature and are intended for educational purposes. individual response may vary.

eligibility

you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase liquidmoon. by placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

this product is not intended for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or by anyone under 18. it is also not intended for individuals with active autoimmune disease without prior medical consultation. please consult a qualified physician before use if you are taking antidepressants (ssris/snris), thyroid medication, sedatives, blood pressure medication, immunosuppressants, or any prescription drug.

orders and acceptance

your order is an offer to purchase. we reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. reasons we may reject an order include but are not limited to: stock unavailability, incorrect pricing displayed, suspected fraud, or shipping to a region we do not currently serve.

if we reject your order after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount within 5 to 7 business days.

pricing

all prices are listed in indian rupees (inr) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (gst). we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

the "maximum retail price" (mrp) printed on the jar is the legal mrp inclusive of all taxes. introductory pricing displayed on the website is a launch discount and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

payment

payment is collected at the time of order through our payment partner, razorpay. accepted methods include upi, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and select wallets. cash on delivery is not currently available.

shipping and delivery

returns and refunds

please refer to our return and refund policy. in summary, we accept replacement requests only for damaged, defective, wrong, or near-expiry products reported within 48 hours of delivery. we do not accept returns based on personal preference or perceived efficacy.

intellectual property

the liquidmoon brand name, logo, packaging design, product photography, website content, written copy, and other creative materials are the intellectual property of mdt enterprises private limited and are protected under indian copyright and trademark law.

you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. personal, non-commercial use (sharing a product photo on social media, for example) is permitted.

website content

we make best efforts to ensure that all information on this website — including product descriptions, ingredient lists, mechanism explanations, scientific references, and pricing — is accurate and up to date. however, we do not warrant that the information is free of typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by indian law, mdt enterprises private limited and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

indemnification

you agree to indemnify and hold mdt enterprises private limited harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

governing law and jurisdiction

these terms are governed by the laws of india. any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of delhi, india.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. continued use of the website or placing of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
