where we ship

we currently ship within india only. international shipping is not yet available.

shipping cost

prepaid orders ship free across india, with no minimum order value. partial-cod orders carry a flat ₹80 shipping fee (see payment methods below).

delivery timelines

delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. business days exclude sundays and public holidays.

• metro cities (bangalore, delhi, mumbai, hyderabad, chennai, kolkata, pune, ahmedabad): 3 to 5 business days
• tier 2 cities and most state capitals: 5 to 7 business days
• smaller towns and remote pincodes: 7 to 10 business days

during festive seasons, monsoons, or in case of courier disruptions, delivery may take an additional 2 to 4 days. we will keep you informed by email and whatsapp if your specific order is affected.

order processing

orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment (or of the advance, for partial-cod orders). orders placed before 2 pm on a business day are typically processed the same day.

we dispatch monday through saturday. orders placed after 2 pm on saturday will be dispatched on monday.

payment methods

we offer two ways to pay:

• prepaid — upi, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and standard wallets (paytm, phonepe, simpl, lazypay). prepaid orders ship free, and discount codes can be applied.
• partial cod — pay 50% online now and the remaining 50% in cash on delivery. partial-cod orders carry a flat ₹80 shipping fee, and discount codes do not apply to them.

we do not offer full cash-on-delivery. as a young brand, we cannot absorb the cost of the large share of full-cod orders that are never collected, and doing so would force us to raise prices for everyone. partial cod is our way of keeping cod available while keeping prices honest — thank you for understanding. if you would prefer to pay entirely on delivery, you can also find us on amazon.

tracking your order

once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and sms. you can use this link to follow your shipment's journey to your address.

if you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shivek@liquidmoon.in and we will look into it within 24 hours.

shipping address changes

if you need to change your shipping address, please email us at shivek@liquidmoon.in within 12 hours of placing the order. once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

failed delivery attempts

our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. if the package is undeliverable after three attempts (incorrect address, no one available to receive, refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us. in such cases, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery (additional shipping cost applies) or a refund of any amount already paid, minus the return shipping cost.

damaged or lost shipments

if your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please refer to our return and refund policy and contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
