our story
we got tired of choosing between sleep and mornings.
liquidmoon started with one annoying question: why does everything that helps you sleep also wreck the next day? melatonin, antihistamines, that third glass of wine — they all borrow from tomorrow. we wanted a nightcap that pays you back.
no melatonin, on purpose
melatonin is a hormone, not a nutrient. it knocks a lot of people out and leaves them groggy, and the body adjusts to it fast. we built liquidmoon around the things that actually help your body do its own sleep — glycine, magnesium, l-theanine, ashwagandha and eight more, each at a dose that's on the label, not hidden in a blend.
made for indian nights
we didn't want another chalky western capsule. liquidmoon is a drink — a cooling minty-jamun cooler you actually look forward to at 10pm. it's built for how people here wind down: a warm room, a loud day, a mind that won't switch off.
clinical doses, no theatre
every active is dosed at the level studies actually used, and printed in milligrams on the sachet. no proprietary blends, no fairy dust, no melatonin hiding in the corner. what's on the pack is what's in the cup.
a nightly ritual, not a pill
one 5g sachet, 200ml of water, 60 minutes before bed. that's the whole thing. no pills to count, no tolerance to chase — just a cup that tells your body it's time.
